"Still waiting on my delivery"
I remember getting that little bit of excitement when I placed the order, thinking it would be here by now. But the delivery never showed up, and I’m still waiting with no sign of it. Frustrating.

"Not quite the colors I expected"
The colors looked a bit prettier online, or maybe just brighter? When it arrived, I kind of had that moment of, 'Oh, okay, this is a little different than I pictured.' It still looks fine in person and I’m going to use it, but the photos definitely made it seem a bit nicer than it actually is.

I ordered a ring from mystiquegems.com. The size was off, so I needed to exchange it.
Customer support did get back to me. It just took a couple days each time. The instructions were clear. But I did have to follow up once for an update.
The new ring arrived in good shape. It fits much better now. Overall, it was okay. I just wish the exchange had been faster and a little smoother.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I had to follow up with them twice just to get my refund sorted out. It felt like I was the one doing all the chasing, which was frustrating. i would have expected at least an apology for the delay

"Nice ring, but the sizing annoyed me"
I ordered my usual ring size from mystiquegems.com, so I really didn’t expect to deal with any sizing issues. The ring looks nice and feels decent, but it’s tighter than it should be, which is frustrating. I can wear it, but not for long before it starts bugging me. I just wish the site had clearer sizing notes or was more accurate. It’s not awful, but I don’t exactly have the patience for guessing games when ordering jewelry.

"Okay but replies were kind of slow"
I ordered from Mystique Gems and overall it was fine. The team did get back to my emails but it took longer than I thought it would and I ended up having to follow up once. Nothing awful or anything just wish the updates were a bit clearer and faster. I’d give it 3 stars.

I ordered from Mystique Gems and ended up needing a refund. To be fair, they did give me my money back, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I expected and I had to check in with them to get things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as quick or easy as I was hoping.

I picked this up because the stones reminded me of a bracelet my aunt used to wear, and they really are in person. The only thing is the setting looks a little uneven, so the craftsmanship wasn’t quite as polished as I’d hoped.

The tracking was okay overall, but the updates came in slowly. i already had a feeling it might not be super accurate, and this kind of confirmed that for me. It worked enough, but it could definitely be better.

"Looks nice, but the metal feels a little light"
I got a ring from mystiquegems.com, it looked really nice when I first opened it. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I didn’t overthink it at first, but after wearing it a bit, the metal just feels lighter than I expected. Nothing has gone wrong with it so far, and it’s not a bad ring for the price, but I was hoping it would feel a little more solid

"Pretty gems, but the website was a pain"
I found a few gems I really liked, but the site was kind of annoying to use. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters didn’t really behave the way I expected. I kept having to click around just to find basic details, which got old fast. Checkout was a little clunky too. Maybe the site just hasn’t been updated in a while, I don’t know, but it definitely could use some work

I reached out for after-sales help and it took forever to get any kind of response. Even when they finally replied, I still didn’t get a straight answer. It felt like they were trying to avoid dealing with the problem rather than actually help. Frustrating, tbh.

I wasn’t happy with the gem at all. The stone looked dull when it arrived, and I noticed a chip on it too. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to take responsibility for the issue, so I felt like I was just getting passed around instead of getting a straight answer.
